Based on their needs, your athlete is placed into one of our three training tracks: Strength, Power, or Patterning.

We’ll walk you through what we’re focusing on and why — especially when it matters most for your athlete’s development.
Retest
At the end of a training cycle, we test again — to show you exactly what’s improved and what comes next.

Book Your Athlete's Initial Assessment
Every new athlete at Momentum starts with a private 1-on-1 assessment. This isn't just a meet-and-greet — it's a structured, professional evaluation to understand how they move, where they’re strong, and what needs work.
We use this to:
1. Identify risk factors before they become problems.
2. Assign the right training track based on performance needs.
3. Build a long-term plan that fits their sport, schedule, and goals.
Assessments are held between 2:00–4:30 PM on weekdays.
